2026 WET WHIP

Crisp and clean Riesling, with a zip of acid and salty brine finish. Hint of honey in the aftertaste. It was picked and pressed quickly to keep it light, then straight into tank for a rest over winter. 

Grown in Mt Alexander, just up the road from us. It has an inviting waxy nose, deep and round like the first breath of a fresh bag of Doritos. Then the palate is more linear, sharp and salty. Lick a stone plucked from a mountain creek then eat a Samboy salt & vinegar chip and you’re in the right world.
