Unreal rosy colour with a nose of creme caramel, red frogs and blackberry Durotuss. The taste opens up to a bright Raspberry profile backed by bitter melon and a salty finish. Really light tannins from the skins keeps it super refreshing. 

Pinot Gris grown at the base of Lalgambuk (Mount Franklin). Same fruit and pick as HONEY POT but this batch saw a week of skin contact before pressing to tank. 

• Handpicked Pinot Gris from the base of Mount Franklin in the Macedon Ranges

• Destemmed and left to macerate for 7 days

• Wild ferment

• Pressed to tank to rest for 6 months before bottling

• No sulphur or additives of any kind, at any stage

• No fining or filtering
