2026 HONEY POT

Pinot Gris translates to Perfect Gristle. This is pale stone fruits, pear and toffee. Short and crisp but with great balance and weight. It’s got a touch of residual sugar which works with a sappy bitterness to get everyone singing in harmony.

Pinot Gris grown at the base of Lalgambuk (Mount Franklin). Crops were generous this year so we were able to do a few different things with the fruit. This batch was chucked straight into the press and the juice left in open vats overnight to brown up. It was then locked away over winter before bottling straight from tank without interruption or interference.
