2026 GOBLIN

Orange wine for people. Smells deep and nutty with notes of cola bottles, grape pips and coriander seeds. Taste is more crisp - apple is an overused tasting note but this is all apple cider and granny smiths.

Grown by the Chalmers family in Northern Heathcote, who grow Italian berries better than anyone this side of the equator. We have made a couple of Greco’s before but went a bit extreme on the skin contact with those. This one we have shown uncharacteristic restraint. Ten days on skins, then a short settling in tank. Ready for picnics, park hangs and pizza nights.
