The perfect white wine for the cooler months. An indulgent take on a Vic Riesling. The combination of a late pick, the botrytis and barrel fermentation has resulted in an oily mouthfeel with packs of pomme fruits and marmalade on the palate. No sulphur or any additives like the rest of our wines.
