A continuation from the highly successful 2022 HONEY. This year we played with pre-ferment skin contact to extract more texture and flavour from the Gris which results in a wine with a copper colour, a medium body and mouthfeel. Notes of toffee and butterscotch cut with a green grass freshness.
Extremely small quantity made this year so bound to be gone quick! No sulphur or any additives like the rest of our wines.

• 3 day cold soak before pressing to seasoned barriques for ferment and elevage
