2023 BLUE CANARY MAGNUM

Organic skin-contact Chardonnay that was on skins for 6 months. Energetic, sharp, funky, but with line and length like a Glenn McGrath pacer, from its extended time on skins. Spent elevage in 50L demijohns. Only 65 magnums produced, nothing else.
