2022 RABBIT

Our new Shiraz. Light and easily drinkable as always but with texture and complexity to keep you all interested. Fruity nose/savoury palate sort of setup. Cherry tart, red sour berry, crunchy tannins.

• 100% Shiraz grown & handpicked in Redesdale, VIC

• 2/3 whole bunch, foot stomped daily. 1/3 hand destemmed, gentle plunging

• 20 day maceration

• Wild ferment

• No sulphur or additives of any kind, at any stage

• No fining or filtering

• 6 and a half months elevage in old oak barrels

• Picked 26 March. Pressed 15 April. Bottled 2 November
